I tried to make it like an actual stone keep, with more emphasis on defensibility than comfort. Hence the double walls, functional guard towers, and moat. (Actually, there's a strip of land under each of the drawbridges; I wasn't sure if the sims would be able to walk across otherwise.) The residence portion has been left wide open; I was thinking of the downstairs as a kitchen/dining/living area and the upstairs as either a big communal bedroom or a smaller bedroom and separate office/war room, but it's up to you.

Found a So-So Picture of the Castle Trim (BraveHeart Fame) and Simminzed it!! Not all the stories are on my lot as the Castle Keep is nearly 5 stories tall!! surprise

Lots on Sims are too little to get the whole castle on them so you only get the Inner Ward!!

Shopping List is included with the House #70 .rar!! (hope I got everything)

Rest of the pics are HERE

Gorgeous Build Items Jessica!!

Is there a shopping list or download of the Castle in the first picture by 17Mars.

That is just what I want for my livable sims. whistle whistle whistle

No, no shopping list or downloads, not even a photo album. Although I can probably tell you where most of the goodies came from if asked.
I'll try and find time to strip down a lot to the walls so hopefully it won't crash your game (I re-cat all my objects which can cause crashing lots) and post it later this week.

Here is an unfurnished (to avoid crashes) version of my Stone Keep simple castle on Lot 7. Out of curiosity, please let me know if it still crashes. I don't think I recategorized any of the Stone Keep build objects.

I would be happy to try and answer any WCIFs from the included pictures of my finished lot.
