Here's a sheep I created based off of the Simsplus pig which moves around, eats, poops, can be shorn for sell-able wool or sold itself for money (previously in Hacker's Hideout).
Enjoy!

Ooops! This isn't super important, but I forgot to mention it in the readme. If you want to hear the shearing sound, you must place the sheep folder exactly as it is straight into your Downloads folder, and not in a subfolder. Unless of course you want to edit the path in the HOT file, then you can place it wherever you want.

Thanks for posting it here. smile I was just thinking an hour ago that we didn't want your sheep to be lost to members who don't read Hacker's Hideout threads.

Thanks for posting this. This is a great addition to any farm.

One question I would ask though. I have found out that the Tarakani(spelling?) gates from persimmon grove do not work on the sheep. They just walk through them. Is there an alternate way to pen these sheep in and still allow sims to feed/interact with them?

Usually if you use a regular fence and just leave one section open the sims can get through but the sheep will tend to stay within the gate. Occasionally one may get out, but this is very rare and then you can just pick it up and place in back in the fence.

As a variation of that, you can do what I tend to do with my dragons (so they don't eat up all the landscaping): The pen where he sleeps has one gap in it, which is filled by a piece of sculpture. When someone's going to go play with him, groom him, etc., I just move the sculpture over a bit, and voila! An entrance. I move it back when I want to pen him in again.

The wool trade in ye olde Simlande is booming!

and so is the home gardeners' peet supply business. wink
