Boil your chicken, parts or whole
Keep the broth

Now you need
corn tortillas
rotel tomatoes (canned with peppers0
cheese
cream of chicken soup

You will bake this in a casserole dish, uncovered
About 30 minutes at 350

Put the soup in a bowl and put the canned rotel tomatoes in there, stir

Alright after the chicken is done, you tear it all apart.
Using the hot broth, you dip your tortillas in and out
Then line them up in the baking dish. I cut mine into triangles

Line the bottom, then add shredded chicken, some soup on top, then cheese... I put chili powder and pepper over that, then top with more corn tortilla pieces.

Same thing till you get to the top and you stop with cheese.
Bake and serve with rice and good veggies your family likes

This is something I can feed a giant caveman that likes beef more than chicken any other day of his life rolleyes

King Ranch is one way he will enjoy it, as it is hot.. The Rotel Tomatoes are a good brand here that I use for many good foods drool

Yum, Patty, thanks for the trip down flavor lane. I really miss that stuff here! Guess I will have to make my own Rotel and have myself a feast!
