Extracting TSO Object Sprites on Windows - Is it Possible?

Because I still have all the original TSO game files, I was able to extract pretty much everything from the game, and I'd like to create objects for The Sims based on the object sprites. However, IFF Pencil apparently doesn't like TSO IFF files, and every person I talk to that does TSO conversions has a Mac, and therefore, IFF Snooper instead. Does anyone know how to extract these sprites with a Windows tool instead?

Peter from Atelier Quebec converted a ton of TSO graphics and made them available. He offers them as Iff Files with some of the resources but NO BHAVS .. these are NOT working objects and should not be installed into your game. They are building blocks for others to make objects out of. (Peter roawks)
