Prepare some hot tea. Put sugar in it if you like.

Add some Orange Soda (Sunkist). Make it about half tea, half soda for best results.

Also, the tea should be hot and the soda cold.

The first taste isn't too good but keep drinking and it'll hook you in!

That sounds like it must be something like that mixture I've heard referred to as "Russian Tea"-- powdered instant tea mixed with "Tang" and something else, maybe sugar. It's not too bad, and certainly the only remotely acceptable thing a person could do with either powdered tea or "Tang" that I can think of. laugh

It's like instant coffee--it dissolves completely, so there's nothing to remove from the water. I don't dislike it, but it definitely doesn't taste like real tea to me. My mom likes it at bedtime, and she used to make it for us when we were sick, I think because it was one of the first tea-type things available in a decaffeinated form.

I like bags, personally. My father aparently mixes tea and orang juice.
