Goulash with Italian Sausage or Meatballs

Ingredients...
1 Pound ground chuck
1 jar of Healthy Choice garlic and herb pasta sauce
1can of Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
1 16 oz box of medium size shells (macaroni)
1package of mild Italian sausage or
frozen Italian meatballs..
Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and parmesan grated cheese....

Brown ground chuck, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper....
drain off excess grease.....add healthy choice pasta sauce and Italian diced
tomatoes....put on simmer and cook for about 30 minutes......
Bring 2 quarts of salted water to boil, add macaroni and cook until not
quite tender.....al-dente....about 12 or 13 minutes...
Drain macaroni....add to sauce and stir.....put on low heat.....
Place sausage pieces in skillet and cook until brown turning when necessary.
..or heat meatballs in microwave according to package directions....
Serve with parmesan cheese......
