I've never made any contribution to this site, so you have every right not to take this post very seriously. That said, I visit Simblesse Oblige relatively often, despite not posting anything. For me, The Sims 1 and this site will always serve as reminders of times when life was much less stressful and disruptive as it is now. I would say it is very impressive in and of itself this site is even working, with active members, 17 years after The Sims was released. Very few game communities showed such profound love and dedication to their game.
PS: I really like the slightly old-fashioned layout of this site |

Yes I am curious about that as well. There is so much information here, and I've been getting into hacking a little lately so I've been searching through old posts here more and more. I've been taking screencaps of stuff I think I might use; the problem with that though is that I don't know I might need something until I have an issue with an object I'm making.
I'd like to help preserve all this information, though I don't know how. Though better than that of course would be to keep this up and running and not overloaded (and so shut down) at the end of every month, but I have no idea what that entails. What would that entail? _________________

There is invaluable information here. If it is for the costs I would be willing to give something for preserving the forum. _________________ * Whenever life gives you poison, learn how to transform it into medicine * |
